Founded by a veteran who witnessed firsthand the struggle of navigating the benefits system, VeteransRights.org began as a grassroots movement to shine a light on the injustices veterans face. Today, we are working to connect veterans with life-saving resources while pushing policymakers to do better.
We have a deep respect for the sacrifices of U.S. veterans, Veterans Rights are supposed to exists to ensure that no veteran faces challenges alone. Our mission is to advocate for equal rights, access to benefits, and mental health support for every service member transitioning back to civilian life. Together, maybe we can move the needle.

Our Story: The Birth of Veterans Rights
Veterans Rights began with a simple yet powerful mission: to ensure every veteran is seen, supported, and empowered. Our founder, himself a veteran and advocate, experienced and witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by those transitioning back to civilian life—struggles with benefits, mental health, and navigating a system that often seemed indifferent to their service.
Moved by my own story and stories of fellow veterans facing isolation, denied rights, or hurdles accessing care, we set out to build more than just a resource hub. We wanted to create a welcoming community where veterans and their families could find real answers, share experiences, and feel a sense of belonging.
Since our founding, we have worked tirelessly to advocate for equal civil rights, champion improved access to veteran benefits, and break down the stigma surrounding mental health. Our journey has been shaped by the resilience of veterans who refused to be silenced and by the families who stand beside them every day.
